And even these can only be seen by sales reps and customers if you specifically grant them permission.
Your financial information (cash flow elements, balance sheet elements, P&L elements, payroll data) is never accessed by Open for Business. -

As orders come in, the Open for Business Order Bridge automatically verifies them and writes them directly into QuickBooks. You do not have to manually enter new customers into QuickBooks either. It's all automated.
